Your data never trains our models. When you upload a file, it is processed to generate your report and nothing else. Pyctura uses Claude AI by Anthropic to power analysis features. Your data is never used to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI model — ours or anyone else's.

Pyctura is built with GDPR compliance in mind. We collect only the data we need, retain it only as long as necessary, and give you full control over your personal information. If you are in the EU or EEA, you have the right to access, correct, delete, and export your data at any time. Email hello@pyctura.ai to exercise any of these rights.

All data transmitted between your browser and Pyctura is encrypted using TLS. Data stored on our servers is encrypted at rest. We use industry-standard cloud infrastructure with strong security controls.

Your reports are private by default. Nothing is visible to other users unless you explicitly share it. Shared links can be revoked at any time. Viewer access does not require a Pyctura account.

We do not permanently store uploaded files beyond what is needed to display your report. If you do not save a Flow, your uploaded data is not retained after your session. Account data is retained while your account is active and deleted upon request.

Pyctura uses role-based access: Creator/Admin has full control, Contributors can run analysis and edit reports, Viewers can only view. You control who can see what.
