You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. Pyctura is not liable for losses caused by unauthorized use of your account.

You retain full ownership of all data you upload to Pyctura. By uploading data, you grant us a limited license to process it solely for the purpose of generating your reports. We do not claim ownership of your data and will not use it for any other purpose.

Pyctura is currently in beta. The service is provided as-is and may change, experience downtime, or have features added or removed without notice. We make no guarantees about availability or performance during beta.

The Pyctura platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Pyctura Inc. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of Pyctura without our written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pyctura Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months prior to the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use of Pyctura after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
