We use your information to: provide and improve the Pyctura service; communicate with you about your account and product updates; respond to support requests; and understand how people use Pyctura so we can make it better.

Files you upload to Pyctura are used solely to generate your reports. We do not sell your data. We do not use your uploaded data to train AI models. When you save or publish a report, the rows you uploaded are stored with it in your workspace so the report can be opened and refreshed later; uploads you never save are not stored on our servers. You can delete your reports and flows at any time from your account.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us operate the platform (such as cloud infrastructure and analytics tools), and only to the extent necessary. All service providers are bound by confidentiality agreements.

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Uploaded data is retained with the reports and flows you save until you delete them or ask us to delete them. You may request deletion of your account and all data in your workspace at any time by emailing hello@pyctura.ai.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to: access your personal data; correct inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; restrict or object to processing; and data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@pyctura.ai. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. We follow security best practices and regularly review our data handling procedures. No system is completely secure, but we take every reasonable measure to protect your information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on the platform. Continued use of Pyctura after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
