We use your information to: provide and improve the Pyctura service; communicate with you about your account and product updates; respond to support requests; and understand how people use Pyctura so we can make it better.

Files you upload to Pyctura are used solely to generate your reports and dashboards. We do not sell your data. We do not use your uploaded data to train AI models. Your files are processed in memory and are not permanently stored beyond what is required to display your report. You can delete your data at any time from your account.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us operate the platform (such as cloud infrastructure and analytics tools), and only to the extent necessary. All service providers are bound by confidentiality agreements.

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Uploaded data files are not retained after report generation unless you explicitly save them to a Flow. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing hello@pyctura.ai.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to: access your personal data; correct inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; restrict or object to processing; and data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@pyctura.ai. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. We follow security best practices and regularly review our data handling procedures. No system is completely secure, but we take every reasonable measure to protect your information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on the platform. Continued use of Pyctura after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
