You own your data. Here's how to exercise your rights.
Under GDPR and other applicable laws, you have specific rights regarding your personal data. This page explains those rights and how to exercise them.
Your Rights
Right to access — You can request a copy of all personal data we hold about you. Right to correction — If your data is inaccurate or incomplete, you can ask us to correct it. Right to deletion — You can request that we delete your personal data. We will comply unless we are required by law to retain it. Right to restriction — You can ask us to stop processing your data in certain circumstances. Right to portability — You can request your data in a machine-readable format. Right to object — You can object to our processing of your data for certain purposes, including analytics.
How to Exercise Your Rights
Email hello@pyctura.ai with your request. Include your account email address and a description of the right you want to exercise. We will respond within 30 days.
Data We Hold About You
We hold: your email address and account information; usage data (pages visited, features used); any data files you have saved to Flows. We do not hold uploaded files that were not saved.
Complaints
If you believe we have not handled your data correctly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority. In the EU, you can find your local authority at edpb.europa.eu.
